- Multi-instance is now disabled by default. To run several instances
  of wtTunnel on the same machine, start wtTunnel with the -m

Requires running Win-Test's network version 129 or later, ie 
Win-Test v4.19.0 or later.

- Debug log : Can be enabled by adding a Debug key in the [General]
  section of the wtTunnel.ini file. The possible values of the Debug
  key are :
  
  0 : No debug
  1 : Connections / Deconnections only
  2 : Same as 1 + External stations identification
  3 : Same as 2 + All frames (beware the large size of the debug file)

- The ADDQSO frames are not forwarded to the WAN if they're directed
  to a LAN station. Tnx DL5MLO.

- New advanced option to filter all time sync data from and to the
  WAN. This allows the LAN to have its own Time Master, independently
  of the other Time Masters on the WAN (if any).

- Reply to the INV and INVTUNNEL commands

- New advanced Option to keep the WAN connexion alive even if no
  Win-Test is running in the LAN. 

- Bugfix : When the options dlg was cancelled, the parameters were
  saved and the connection started anyway.

- The tunnel is named by using the BridgeHead on its LAN, prefixed by
  a tilde. This name is appended to the tooltip text, and is
  displayed when replying to the INV commands.

- Click on the splash / version screen hides it.

- About wtTunnel... menu item added.

- Bugfix regarding the activity watchdog.

- Memory leak fixed when exiting.
