Win-Test databases directory

*CAUTION*

1/ From sept 5 2006, the country files migrated to

http://download.win-test.com/files/country/

2/ From sept 5 2006, the check partial migrated to

http://download.win-test.com/files/checkPartial/

3/ Only the database files (.DTB) remain for now in
this directory. They will be replaced one day with
new files to be located in another directory.

The country files and check partial files located
in this directory are kept to maintain compatibility
with older versions of Win-Test.
