1/ From sept 5 2006, the country files migrated to

http://download.win-test.com/files/country/

2/ From sept 5 2006, the check partial migrated to

http://download.win-test.com/files/checkPartial/

3/ Only the exchanges database files (.DTB) remain
in this directory.

The country files and check partial files located
in this directory are kept to maintain compatibility
with older versions of Win-Test.
